In 2025, Zaynaya attended Abdullah's lecture at the Islamic Masjid of Jersey City. During the lecture, Zaynaya took selfies for Instagram with her friend. Her phone was confiscated, and Zaynaya was scolded by Zara. After the lecture, as Zaynaya went to grab her shoes from the shoe rack, she overheard Nakia Bahadir tell Kamala Khan that her shoes had been stolen. Zaynana commented to Bahadir that the mosque shoe thief had struck once again.
Later, Zaynaya was present at the mosque's Eid party. That night, Zaynaya witnessed and took pictures as Ms. Marvel saved Hameed from falling off of a balcony.[2]
A New Hero[]
After the Battle at Coles Academic High School, Zaynana posted on TikTok expressing her excitement over the emergence of a new superhero that looked like her.[1]
