Biography
As Starodoub and Mikhail Fjodorov managed to obtain a bootleg Starktech from Hammer Industries, Klementiev hosted a party at his yacht, inviting all the potential buyers of the technology. During the party, he came across the Marya Konn and tried to seduce her, but she quickly dismissed him. However, Konn turned out to be Black Widow who was in touch with Gennady Markov, S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, who had been posing as one of Klementiev's bodyguards for weeks.[1]
