Yamamoto (Japanese: 山本) is a pilot for the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force.

Dogfight Over Celestial Island[]

Sent into the air to fight Whiskey and Jackal, Yamamoto was approached by Captain America on the side of his aircraft. Captain America attempted to tell Yamamoto that there was a mistake and that the United States Navy was not attacking, however, Yamamoto was fired on by Whiskey. Yamamoto was then given permission to open fire on the American fleet, with the missiles being stopped by Captain America and Falcon. Once Captain America and Falcon had taken down Whiskey and Jackal, Yamamoto was ordered to halt his attack on American forces and return to the Japanese fleet.[1]
