During the Battle at the Marine Vivarium Desalination Plant, The Magistrate and his family attempted to use technology to return to Gibborim. A desperate Xavin vowed to protect baby Elle Dean from the rest of the Magistrate family and used the Magistrate's transporting technology to take them to Xarta where they would both be safe.[1]
