Biography[]
High Speed Chase[]
Wright was a state trooper. One day, she was at her post early in the morning when a Mustang drove at high speeds past her, breaking five laws. Wright engaged in a high speed chase that ended with the woman in her car stopping in front of a man in a black Jaguar. The woman stepped out yelling at the man. Wright pointed her gun at the woman, Carol Danvers, and told her to stop. Danvers explained that the man hit and ran a woman in a blue Honda. Seeing the blue scrapes on the Jaguar, Wright told Danvers to sit on the curb while she arrested the man.
Afterwards, she approached Danvers and prepared to write her a ticket. However, Danvers complained that she was in the Wright to chase after him. She also explained how she was in the United States Air Force and was about to ruin her first day before it started. Wright decided to let Danvers off with a warning instead, but wrote a message to her, "Let yourself learn." Danvers asked what she meant and Wright explained that she herself was not that different from Danvers. She suggested that Danvers thinks about her actions before doing them because when she is in the air, a decision could lead to deaths. She wished Danvers good luck before leaving.[1]
