Sokovian Aid Package[]
The World Security Council met at the Triskelion to discuss preparing a financial aid package for the European nation of Sokovia. Councilman Singh believed one proposal was generous, but the American Secretary of State Bucky Barnes disagreed, arguing that the deed did not cover hospitals, schools, or new roads for the struggling nation.[1]
