Wolfgang Brenner was a subordinate of the Red Skull and high-ranking member of HYDRA.
Biography
Wolfgang Brenner wrote a telegram in 1945 to his friend Werner Reinhardt to inform him that the Red Skull had fallen, and that the Allied Forces were approaching his location in Austria. The telegram was received by a HYDRA officer, who relayed the message to Reinhardt.[1]

Trivia
- In the comics, Wolfgang Brenner was one of Red Skull's servants. Brenner was brainwashed by Red Skull when he obtained the Cosmic Cube and ordered to shoot himself in the head so that Red Skull would not have to share his triumph with anyone.
