Whitley is an officer of the United States Air Force who raided the Playground to fight the Life-Model Decoys.
Biography[]
Upon Glenn Talbot's orders, Richardson and a group of United States Air Force officers stormed the Playground to eliminate the Life-Model Decoys that replaced S.H.I.E.L.D. agents. Talbot ordered Whitley to hold Phil Coulson, Melinda May, and Daisy Johnson at gunpoint until he decided what to do with them. Coulson tried to explain that all the chaos was caused by Aida and her LMDs and, although Talbot did not believe him, he received a message from other soldiers who were killed by Aida.
Leo Fitz told May that they need to get the Zephyr One in the air and run away, despite Talbot's protests. However, Johnson warned him to stay away and allow them to get away without a fight, threatening to use her powers. Talbot reluctantly obeyed and ordered his soldiers to put their weapons down before leaving the Zephyr One. As the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents escaped, Talbot ordered Whitley and his team to search the base for any possible threats or more bodies.[1]
