- "So many stories spawn from a choice. But Kahhori's victory wasn't because she merely chose the right path. No, it was her conviction, because she remained true to her course, unwavering in the face of both devastation and miracles alike. Such resolve is often what burns brightest. What elevates an individual to something more. And perhaps it's why heroes very seldom stop after their first victory."
- ―The Watcher

The Watcher narrating that Asgard's nightmare was the same in many realities, and that is the flames of Ragnarök. He also said that in our reality, Odin entrusted the Tesseract to a village on Earth after achieving an age of peace, but in another reality, fire came for Asgard before Odin had the chance. The Watcher said that the Destruction of Asgard would lead to new wonders from a single ember of the past and that the Tesseract survived Ragnarok and found a new home in a new world.
At the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, Kahhori and Wahta were racing through the cornfields and Akwesasne until they found the old battlefield and Wahta warns her that the elders said that they were not supposed to go near it and that it was cursed. Kahhori said that it's cursed because no one cleansed it after all the bloodshed. She also said that the Forbidden Lake contained a great power to take them to the Sky World and that the people fought for control over the lake when it should've brought them together. Wahta said that big, strong, muscle-y people went into the lake, and it ate them and Kahhori shushed him before finding the Forbidden Lake. Wahta said that the forbidden lake was a puddle and Kahhori asked him what is forbidden about it.
Suddenly, they heard a distant gunshot and realized that the village was being attacked by Conquistadores and after running into Akwesasne to get away from them, they fell into a sinkhole and finally found the forbidden lake and that the other lake was a decoy. When Kahhori tried to distract a conquistador, Rodrigo shot her and she fell into the lake, which took her to the Sky World. She was startled by Atahraks, who welcomed her to it. The Watcher narrated that after the fall of Asgard, the Tesseract took on a second life among Kahhori's ancestors and it released unmitigated Space Stone energy, gifting its power to the lake. He also said that other tribespeople disappeared into the waters, never to return and that greed and grief ignited a terrible battle amongst the surrounding nations, but in the end, peace was made, and the lake's shores were deemed cursed, deterring all but one from returning to it.
When Kahhori awoke, Atahraks told her that the blue light's spirit seeps into everything - the water, land and plants. He also told Kahhori that when they eat the spirits, they take in some of its power and that just being in Sky World changes her. After realizing that she has to go home, Atahraks stopped her by saying that they fall into the Sky World and that they do not age or die because they were meant to be there permanently. Meanwhile, Rodrigo introduces himself and said that he has come to claim the Fountain of Youth in Queen Isabella's name and that he has heard of their legends and that the tribespeople fear that land and its power. Just when he was about to shoot a tribesperson for not telling him where it is, the other conquistadores stopped him by saying that they found the forbidden lake and captured Wahta.
Back at Sky World, Atahraks told Kahhori that the land wants to help her, and she said that it could take her home and Atahraks told her that he knows Sky World isn't where Kahhori wanted to be, but the water brought them here for a reason and he also told her to slow down and feel the spirit of the place. After being impressed by Kahhori's quick learning of Sky World's spirit, he asked her what type of kind of clay is she made of, and she said that she's made of wolf clay. Kahhori said that there were so many things they can do with their powers and asked Ataharks how can he tell her they have a limit. Ataharks said that plenty of people have tried to leave Sky World, but they have failed, and that the portal was out of reach. Kahhori tried and tried to attempt to leave but failed, leaving her to think that Sky World isn't paradise. Ataharks heard the start of the Hunt for the Sky World Fruit, prompting him to leave and prompting her to call him a showoff. Ataharks told her how the hunt works and Kahhori asked him why they can't just pick it up and he said that it wouldn't be fun that way. Ataharks warns Kahhori to be careful of the bison-like Gakowaneh and they're grumpy when they first wake up. Atahraks told Kahhori that the trick is going over the gakowaneh, and never in front of them and after Kahhori realized she was running too fast, she asked Atahraks how to stop and he told her that she just stop. She stopped and used her telekinesis to take the fruit from the gakowaneh, leaving her in amazement and the Sky People were impressed.
At the Forbidden Lake, Rodrigo was in awe of its power and asked his fellow Conquistadores if they wanted the first slice of immortality, but he realized that the lake was sucking his soldiers in, including Luis, who tried to get out. Rodrigo ordered the rest of the Conquistadores to put the tribespeople in chains and that they leave for Spain. Luis and the rest of the sucked-up conquistadores couldn't believe that they survived, and Luis asked them to imagine a treasure is hiding here behind such magic. The sky people were celebrating until the conquistadores tried to attack the sky people, but Kahhori prevented that and asked them what they had done with not only her people, but Wahta as well. Ataharks tried to stop her, but Kahhori said no and that he and the sky people have been away from the bones of their ancestors for too long. She also said that the spirit in Sky World made them strong and gave them gifts, but they have gotten too comfortable and that they forgot their origins, but she couldn't forget hers.
When she pulled the portal, she told the sky people that even in a place of miracles, she keeps her people in front of her and that she wants to help all of her people, including Atharks. Kahhori asked the sky people who wants to fight with her and Atharks said that they're not an army and that they have a different life in Sky World, free from it. Kahhori said that her people need them to be brave and she's going to face the conquistadores.
After leaving Sky World, Kahhori observed the damage of her home, and went after the conquistadores who captured Wahta and the other tribespeople. When she tried to block the cannonballs, one of them struck her down and when Rodrigo tried to finish her, the sky people came to assist her and with that, they defeated Rodrigo and the conquistadores and saved the tribespeople.
At the Alcazar of Segovia in Segovia, Spain, a royal adviser told Queen Isabella the unfortunate news regarding the battle, and the queen was not amused and that her soldiers were unmatched, and her fleets were unrivaled. She also asked what nation was stealing from her claims and who dare challenged her. Kahhori and the sky people appeared, and she said that she saw the queen's face on a coin. The queen asked Kahhori if she threaten her in her own court and Kahhori said that she's not here for her throne and that the world is richer than she can imagine, but it was neither the queen's nor hers to claim. Kahhori also said that she believes the tribespeople's health depends on the queen's health and the queen said that their magic doesn't scare her and that she was ordained to rule her and her people, but before she could finish her sentence, Kahhori used her telekinesis to lift up the queen. After the queen ordered Kahhori to put her down, Kahhori said that her and the tribespeople will make peace, or there would be no future for her people, prompting Doctor Strange to arrive. Strange was impressed about Kahhori achieving world peace in record time and he said that he's been looking for Kahhori for a long time.
