Staff Sergeant Webb is a non-commissioned officer and medical technician of the United States Air Force who was recruited by S.W.O.R.D. during the investigation of the Westview Anomaly.

Webb was a doctor for S.W.O.R.D. who worked outside of the Westview Anomaly. When Monica Rambeau was released from the town, Webb ran her x-ray, but found she had to do it again as it weirdly came out blank. She also claimed she needed a new sample of blood, but Rambeau was over it, leaving quickly.[1]
