The Watchtower is a skyscraper and the main headquarters of the New Avengers in New York City. Formerly known as Avengers Tower, the tower was purchased by Valentina Allegra de Fontaine and underwent extensive renovation and was reconstructed as the Watchtower.

The Watchtower in 2024
In 2016, Avengers Tower was sold.[3] It underwent significant reconstruction, and in July 2024, Spider-Man glided through the tower's atrium.[4] By 2027, the building was sold to Valentina Allegra de Fontaine. Following the completion of the tower's reconstruction, it was named as the Watchtower and became the headquarters of the New Avengers.[5]

Trivia[]
- The tower is missing in shots featuring the New York City skyline in Spider-Man: No Way Home, Hawkeye (with the exception of the first episode), Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Ms. Marvel, and Daredevil: Born Again, with MetLife Building (the actual location that serves as a basis for the tower) remaining in its original place.
- In the comics, the Watchtower is headquarters of Sentry located in New York City, New York at the exact same location as the Avengers Tower. The tower was run by an artificial intelligence named Centrally Located Organic Computer.
