With the Attack on the Al-Kut Air Base, the slaughter of the United Nations peacekeeping troops, and the capture of WHiH World News reporters, James Rhodes was asked to reach out to Tony Stark to use his new Iron Man Suit to do reconisence. However, Stark instead decided to take care of the problem himself and he eliminated all of the insurgents, realizing they were members of the Ten Rings.[1]
