Washburn is an officer who worked in the Northeastern Correctional Facility where he was stationed at the front desk.
Biography[]
Officer Washburn was a member of the New York City Department of Correction who was working in the Northeastern Correctional Facility when Kilgrave came to retrieve Hope Shlottman when she was released from prison.
When Jessica Jones, looking for Shlottman, arrived at the Facility, Washburn told Jones that Shlottman had already been released and left with Kilgrave.[1]
