Private Walter is a member of the United States Army.
Biography[]
Walter and Tilden were guarding a gate of the Government Storage Warehouse that Glenn Talbot used to house confiscated S.H.I.E.L.D. materials. Walter handed Tilden the phone when Phil Coulson impersonated Talbot.[1]
