- "You play your cards right, son, and you could get a congressional honor out of this situation. The president wants to thank you himself."
- ―Walt Cooper to Jack Thompson[src]
Walt Cooper is a United States Senator.
Biography
Senator Walt Cooper entered the New York Bell Company Office and congratulated Jack Thompson for saving New York City from the revenge plot of Ivchenko on the city's V-E Day anniversary celebration. He told Thompson that he could get the Congessional Medal of Honor. Unbeknownst to Cooper, it was Peggy Carter who had foiled the plot. Daniel Sousa sought to correct the senator to give Carter the credit; she stopped him, not caring about the opinion of another.[1]
