"What does that mean?"
"It means that you would enter a reality where all concepts of time and space become irrelevant as you shrink for all eternity. Everything that you know and love, gone forever."
Scott Lang and Hank Pym[src]

The Void is an area of the Quantum Realm.

Scott Lang's Escape[]

"Scott, please. You don't remember anything?"
"Hank, I... I don't."

AM Quantum Realm 4

Scott Lang is trapped in the Void

Defeating Yellowjacket by going subatomic, Ant-Man began drifting into the Quantum Realm. He eventually ended up in the Void and yelled out for Cassie Lang, only to hear nothing in return.[1] Lang suddenly saw Janet van Dyne, who linked their minds together so he could find her again.[2] He took out his Pym Particle Discs, but lost his grip on it. Lang finally grabbed the disc and enlarged himself back to Earth.[1]

Rescue of Janet van Dyne[]

QuantumVehicle-Void

The Quantum Vehicle cross the Void

"You weren't able to look deep enough. Not through the void and not through Sub-Atomica."
Janet van Dyne to Hank Pym[src]

Upon Scott Lang's return from the Quantum Realm, Hank Pym and Hope van Dyne created a Quantum Tunnel to rescue Janet van Dyne, who has been trapped there for over three decades. By 2018, Pym used a Quantum Vehicle to arrive at the Quantum Realm, where he had to cross the Void to reach Janet's coordinates.[2]
