Viktor is scolded by Vanessa Fisk
At a meeting of the Five Families called by Vanessa Fisk, Viktor was confronted by Luca about not paying a toll when he crossed 39th Street into Red Hook. Viktor then reminded Luca that Red Hook was exempt from the toll, which Vanessa verified. Vanessa then told Viktor he had no reason to be rude, which Viktor understood. Vanessa then began going over the Five Families financials when the meeting was interrupted by Wilson Fisk, causing Viktor and the rest of the Five Families to leave.[1]
