Victoria Louise Hand was a virtual recreation of the real-world person with the same name inside the Framework.
Biography
Victoria Hand was sent by S.H.I.E.L.D. to recruit Grant Ward, who had been convicted on first-degree arson charges. Although Ward believed his life was over, Hand convinced him to join by telling him that he had the potential to be a good man.[1]
Deletion
Like everyone else in the Framework, Hand was deleted when Aida initiated the complete shutdown of the virtual reality.[2]
