Victor Timely is an inventor who lived in Chicago during the 19th century.
Biography[]
Timely in his home in Chicago
Victor Timely lived in Chicago, Illinois during the 1860s, working as a candlemaker when he was a child.[2] Timely noticed the breeze blow a curtain behind him, then saw that it was nothing and returned to his work.[3]
As an adult, Timely became an inventor, although he lacked the resources to gain fame or recognition. Ouroboros would eventually use Timely's electrical designs to create the technology of the Time Variance Authority and write the Time Variance Authority Official Handbook, acknowledging Timely as a brilliant inventor.[1]
