Victor Ramon's 0-8-4 is a similar weapon to one found in Peru in 2013 by S.H.I.E.L.D.[1] Victor Ramon tried to sell it to the Watchdogs during the Anti-Inhuman Movement.

The weapon was obtained by Victor Ramon after he killed the previous owners as part of a deal he had made with the Watchdogs.[2] Later, Ramon presented the weapon to members of the Watchdogs. Alpha Dog asked him what it did, so Ramon pointed the weapon towards the captured Yo-Yo Rodriguez to demonstrate its powers. As the weapon was loading, an earthquake occurred and Quake entered the room.[3] Alpha Dog escaped the fight and tried to shoot Rodriguez in the back, but Rodriguez used her super speed to avoid the blast, disarm him, and let the blast kill Ramon.[4]

Similar to the one found in Peru, the weapon was fueled by a unknown power source. When used, the emitter amplified its power, creating a beam over two terajoules in magnitude. The shot is capable to disintegrate any organic matter it came in contact to.[5]
