The Victor Dalton Skrull was a member of the Skrull Resistance who worked under Gravik and impersonated Victor Dalton.

Taking the likeness and memories of Doctor Victor Dalton, the Victor Dalton Skrull began working on a way to make Skrulls more powerful. He aided the Skrull posing as Victor's wife, Rosa Dalton, in making a machine to make Skrulls stronger by giving them powers. They were visited by Pagon, who told them that he had not found the Harvest and would continue looking. Once Pagon left, "Victor" and "Rosa" tested their Super-Skrull Machine.[1] The "Daltons" continued their research, and "Victor" watched "Rosa" examine Skrull DNA which had been created under a microscope.[2]

"Victor" and "Rosa Dalton" went into their lab and discovered Sonya Falsworth looking through their research. Falsworth greeted them as Skrulls, and "Victor" pointed his gun at her, demanding that she leave. However, Nigel arrived and pointed a gun to the back of "Victor's" head. "Rosa" sat down, and Falsworth asked them to explain what they were researching. "Victor" started to answer, but "Rosa" cut him off and insisted that "Rosa" answer instead.
"Victor" and "Rosa" were brought outside, and MI6 confiscated their data and set the laboratory on fire. "Victor" took "Rosa" hostage and threatened to kill her if Falsworth did not free them. Falsworth commented on the way men treated women before shooting him in the head, killing him.[3]
