Victor is a regular customer at Pop's Barber Shop.
Biography
Victor visited Pop's Barber Shop to get his weekly haircut. While getting the haircut from Pop, Pop and Luke Cage where discussing their favorite writers. Upon finishing the haircut Victor was shown the result in a mirror. When Pop mentioned not every writers life has to be a fox new story Victor laughed. Now finished with his haircut Victor payed Pop, telling him to keep his magic touch. The two of them said goodbye to each other, knowing they would see each other next week.[1]
