Victor "Vickie" Tyson was a worker at Black Crow's SkateLife who turned on Henry Lopez in order to pick up a bounty on Maya Lopez. During the deal, he was shot dead by the Black Knife Cartel.

Tyson lived in Tamaha, maintaining close relationships with his sister while also being an employee for Henry Lopez on many shady businesses. He helped Lopez with his illegal activities at some points for years. He soon got a permanent job at Black Crow's SkateLife for Lopez where he often manned the counter.[1]

- "Well, if you ain't here to skate, he ain't available. It's seven bucks to skate or it's five bucks to watch. Or you go ahead and spend that five dollars on a Butterfinger Blizzard."

While working for Black Crow at Black Crow's SkateLife, Tyson was working at the skate park when he handed Becca some skates. He then went back to cleaning the skates until he was approached by Maya Lopez. Since she was deaf, he did not realize her presence, only looking up in annoyance at her ringing the bell for service. Maya asks for Henry, but Tyson refuses to say. However, Henry walks by and sees Maya, telling her to join him. Once Maya left, Tyson texted Zane, saying how he found the "King Killer".[1]
Kidnapping of Maya Lopez[]
Tyson calls Zane
- "Okay, so, here's what I'm thinking. Um, so, you grab the money, and then..."

Tyson went back to his work and talked to Henry Lopez until they were interrupted by Chula Battiest, who talked to Lopez.[3] He eventually stepped out of work and went to a field to talk in private about seeing Maya Lopez. Zane told him not to let Lopez leave town. Therefore, Tyson got help from his sister and Brigitte, who kidnapped Lopez and brought her to Black Crow's SkateLife.
Tyson argues with Henry Lopez
Vickie then tied up Henry while the others tied Maya to the ceiling. Eventually, Maya woke up and struggled from being upside down, causing her to fall to the ground. Vickie, Grace and Brigitte walked up to her while Vickie argued with them. The group then took Maya and locked her in a storage room. Later, Bonnie arrived at the skatepark, forcing Vickie to untie Henry so he could lure Bonnie away. When she left, Vickie angrily tied Henry back up. He then sent Grace out to kidnap Bonnie as well. Henry tried to talk sense into Vickie, telling him that Zane was going to cross him.
Tyson assures Zane of Maya Lopez's capture
Vickie and his allies went to check on Maya and Bonnie. Brigitte started threatening Bonnie, causing Maya to reveal that she had broken out. Bonnie said that she could interpret for them. She walked to Maya and started signing. However, Maya then punched Bonnie, so Vickie and the others took Bonnie and left with her as Vickie knew he needed Maya alive. Finally, Zane and the Black Knife Cartel arrived. Zane and Vickie talked, with Vickie wanting the money quickly as he knew Maya could escape at any moment. Zane told him that he was not stupid enough to bring money to the deal, saying that Vickie would get the money afterwards. Vickie did not want this, but Zane ignored him.
Tyson's corpse
The two kept talking as Zane wandered around the place, assessing the area. However, Vickie just kept pushing for the money. Grace then spoke up, asking Vickie if he was making a deal or giving the grand tour. Vickie tried to get her to quiet down, but got a text from Maya, using Brigitte's phone. It was a photo of Brigitte knocked out. Vickie then tried to speed up the sale, so Zane simply got tired and told Walker to shoot him. Vickie tried to run, but got shot in the back twice, causing him to fall over the wall as blood poured down his face.[2]
