Vic is a corrupt police officer of the Los Angeles Police Department.
Biography[]

Vic was a member of the LAPD strike team on PRIDE's payroll along with AWOL. While accompanying his teammates to the Simply Blossom, he encountered the Runaways, with Alex Wilder revealing that he knew that AWOL had framed Darius Davis for murder. Following AWOL's orders, Vic held the Runaways at gunpoint after the restaurant was evacuated, although the Runaways were able to escape thanks to Nico Minoru.[1]
Vic later took part in the Siege of the Hostel, witnessing AWOL's capture by the Runaways. He and his teammates were then able to break into the Hostel and to release AWOL before cornering the Runaways, including an unconscious Minoru. However, when Minoru regained consciousness and cast a powerful spell thanks to the Dark Dimension energy, Vic, like his teammates, simply vanished from the Hostel.[2]
