Vernon Muñoz assisted Maury Tuttlebaum in transferring corpses from the police station mortuary to a waiting van. Trying to escape the police station without notice, Jessica Jones stowed away in the van, hiding in a body bag. When she emerged, Muñoz was scared and tried to escape. Jones broke the door handle on the van and ordered him to drive.[1]
