The "Variant Killer Strange" Universe is an alternate universe where Sinister Strange began Dreamwalking through various Doctor Strange's in order to be with Christine Palmer. This eventually caused an Incursion.

Stephan Strange joined the Masters of the Mystic Arts and became known as Doctor Strange. Later, He attended Christine Palmer's wedding, and she asked is he was happy. Strange replied that he was, but upon returning to the Sanctum Sanctorum, he reflected that he wasn't actually. Desperate to be with Palmer, Strange learned spells from the Darkhold and started to dreamwalk into his alternate selves.
The dreamwalking took its toll, and Strange was corrupted by it. This resulted in him killing his Variants, and led to an Incursion. Another universe collided with this one, causing everybody except Strange himself to die. [1]

After years of desolation and isolation, a Doctor Strange from the Sacred Timeline arrived, along with an alternate Christine Palmer. The two Stranges met, and proved to each other that they were in fact Variants of each other. The Doctor Strange of this universe revealed his story of failing his universe, and when asked, refused to provide the Darkhold to his Variant. The two fought, the Doctor Strange of this universe dying in battle, leaving the universe with no living citizens.[1]
Destruction of the Darkhold[]

After gaining the Darkhold, the living Doctor Strange used it to Dreamwalk into his own universe. However, this involved the possession of a corpse, which was forbidden. This caused the souls of the damned to escape from Strange into this universe. However, they were vanquished by Christine Palmer. Thanks to Strange's efforts in his home universe, the Scarlet Witch decided to destroy all the copies of the Darkhold across across the Multiverse, including the one in this universe. Strange and Palmer returned to their home universes with help from America Chavez, leaving this one devoid of any living beings.[1]
