History

The VYSION was invented to be presented at Ignatius Bixby's scientific convention, Bixby-Con. Attendees of the convention could get their photo taken with the robot.

While fleeing from the convention after her cover was blown, Jane Foster ran into the VYSION, with the robot attempting to stop her from escaping. However, Jane was able to exploit the robot's poor construction to stab it through the stomach with a small, sharp blade before ripping through the robot's cheap metal frame all the way up to its head. The VYSION was completely split in two, falling to the ground while Jane continued to escape.
