V. Ramirez was an Inhuman victim of Lash.
Biography[]
Ramirez was given fish oil pills in Hydra's attempt to find and store an Inhuman army for their leader when it returned from banishment. Ramirez underwent Terrigenesis and was put in stasis with Suspension Gel until Hydra could accomplish their goal. Ramirez, along with others, were stored in the Advanced Threat Containment Unit facility.
Ramirez and the other Inhumans were brought to the Hydra castle in Gloucestershire while Hydra mounted an attempt to bring It back. While still in stasis, Ramirez and the others were killed by Lash during his rampage.[1]
