- What if Quicksilver lived?
Maybe include a team up with Makkari. My first idea was that we would get to see events play out with Quicksilver alive (Crossbones vs. Quicksilver in Civil War and Quicksilver vs Thanos in Infinity War). My second idea was that he could actually be abducted by the Runner for the Galactic Marathon.
2. What if Spider-Man didn't go to Doctor Strange?
Basically what everyone originally thought Spider-Man 3 was going to be: Spider-Man with bounty hunters after him including Kraven the Hunter. For this one, I would either have Kraven or Chance be the main villain. I would also include a lot of minor Spider-Man villains that would chase him and he could fight off.
3. What if ...Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special
Mantis and Drax would kidnap the wrong person. My main ideas were along the lines of Nightmare Before Christmas, so it would include Moon Knight and/or the Werewolf.
4. What if...Something to do with Tibius Lark
I haven't come up with a story to include him.
5. What if the villains were the good guys?
Iron Monger would kill Iron Man then he would be taken out by Whiplash, who came to reclaim the arc reactor tech and basically become a tech billionaire.
Vulture would also help expose Stark Industries for selling weapons to terrorists.
Darren Cross would use Pym Particles to help the world. This would basically be the deleted scene from "Ant-Man."
Kaecilius exposed the Ancient One without turning to Dormammu.
Crossbones could be the Hawkeye/Black Widow SHIELD agent member. He could still be a HYDRA agent.
Maya Hansen could have extremis powers.
Abomination who basically has the same motives as revealed in She-Hulk.
I don't really have a villain in mind. Maybe the Ten-Rings and they could include the Mandarin's armored car from the Iron Man 3 Lego set.
6. What if Maya Hansen was the villain?
Just because of the weird reason Marvel decided not to have her as the villain of Iron Man 3.
7. What if Hulk fought Tiamut?
In behind the scenes footage, on the Sakaar set, there were posters that seemed to be promoting a fight between the Hulk and Tiamut (his original comic design). So what if Tiamut was inside Sakaar. Hulk would team up with the other Champions of Sakaar: Man-Thing, Ares, Beta Ray Bill, Dark Crawler, and Bi Beast.
8. What if Odin had the real Infinity Gauntlet?

Alexander would continue to conquer more of the world. His enemies would consist of Moon Knight, Scarlet Scarab, Black Panther, other avatars, the Hand, the Ten-Rings, the Ancient One, the Eternals, the Black Knight, the Iron Fist, and maybe HYDRA.
14. What if the High Evolutionary was at Pet Palace?
It starts with Thor entering Pet Palace to find a horse. Inside is also the High Evolutionary, looking for new test subjects. The High Evolutionary recognizes that Thor is an Asgardian and is interested in learning about Asgardian evolution. The High Evolutionary offers Thor a ride back to Asgard on his ship.
On Asgard, Thor shows the High Evolutionary Sleipnir, Riding Cats, and Bilgesnipes. Thor leaves to talk to Odin about his banishment. A bilgesnipe escapes on the High Evolutionary. He tracks it to Odin's vault. There, he comes across the Tablet of Life and Time. He steals the formula and uses it on himself.
He finds Thor and offers to take him back to Earth to try and recover his hammer. He also doesn't want to be caught with the stolen formula.
Back on Earth He begins to evolve and as he gains his godly powers, he is accidently destroying the town. SHIELD responds since they are there for the hammer. He is too strong Iron Man and War Machine are called in.
Odin finds out what happens and sends Sif, the Warriors Three, Loki, and even Balder to fight.
He is still too strong, so Odin contacts the other gods for aid.
First to appear through the bifrost are Black Panther, Moon Knight (Arthur Harrow), and M'Baku (empowered by Hanuman). Other avatars could follow.
He then starts growing in size. Eventually he is punched in the face by Ikaris, who brought the other Eternals (he could prevent the birth of Tiamut with his experiments).
The gods of Omnipotence City eventually show up and fight.
Odin contemplates freeing Hela to fight but doesn't.
One of the gods yells about finding the Necrosword, but is crushed before he can finish.
Odin goes to fight, eventually pulling out the the Tesseract , crushing it, and placing the Space Stone in his Infinity Gauntlet. He fights and loses.
The Ancient One and the Masters of the Mystic Arts show up for the birth of a new god is a threat to reality.
Eventually the High Evolutionary grows until he enters a version of Overspace from the comics. There he is confronted by Those Who Sit Above in Shadow.
One ending is that Those Who Sit Above in Shadow remark how they haven't had visitors and that its too bad it wont be for long and the High Evolutionary dies because he cannot handle the power.
Another is Those Who Sit Above in Shadow fight the High Evolutionary because they don't want to share their power with a false god. He is depowered, sent back to Earth, and taken by the Asgardians. The High evolutionary wakes up inside a cage surrounded by Balder, Sif, and the Warriors Three. It is revealed the Asgardians deemed him too dangerous to be kept in one of their prisons and they are offering him to the Collector, however when the Collector expresses interest, the Grandmaster chimes in and says he'd be a great contender for his Contest of Champions.
