High Technology: Yggdrasil (Mythology) Department. Obviously not canon, but I think it's a cool idea. What HYDRA could stand for has bothered me for some time. It makes sense though, HYDRA is a deep science division who are deeply invested in Norse mysticism, kinda like the Ahnenerbe in real life. Kinda.
