'Cause obviously the movie starts, there's a shot in Stephen's apartment of an award he's been given for 2016, and a lot of references are very very contemporary as well, obviously you see the Avengers Tower, there's references to Adele and Beyoncé. So, does it start right at the beginning of 2016? The time frame of his learning is obviously accelerated by the fact he can project his astral form..."
S.D.: "Yeah if I remember correctly, I think - gosh, don't hold me to this because again I haven't thought about this in a long time, but I had a day where we went through and mapped everything out in the script phase, and checked in on it during production - but I think it's about a year from the beginning of the movie to his return to New York. And so, I think it goes roughly from late Fall to late Fall... mid-to-late fall to mid-to-late fall, I think it is. Because you know it's cold and raining, um... so NO, I think it starts early fall, to late fall, so it's a little over a year, because I think it's like winter-y when he has the fight with Christine, it's like that cold, New York, really dark grey, nearly snowing kind of vibe. So yeah, I think it's fall to fall basically."

It basically establishes that Astral Struggle 1 and Astral Struggle 2 should be consecutive, because the maths is currently pulling them the wrong way around, so they should at least be as close together as possible, in the right order. (23:20 UTC) and at least 34.18182 days passing considering the beard/6 weeks minimum recovery for Strange which is slightly higher, 42 days, March 15, 2017 23:20 UTC is the closest we can get to the December date.       • Absolute earliest interpretation: As established in the above in the events, the bear bear minimum if his beard grew very fast is 18.42879 days/4 weeks absolute minimum recovery for Strange if he healed very very fast, which is slightly higher, 28 days after February 2, 2016 23:20 UTC, so March 1, 2016 23:20 UTC (18:20 N.Y.). It's the evening, so that works. March 1, 2016 23:20 UTC.
      • Earliest possible interpretation: As established above, Strange's beard should at least suggest 34.18182 days have passed/5 weeks minimum recovery for Strange if he healed very fast, which is slightly higher, 35 days after February 2, 2016 23:20 UTC, so March 8, 2016 23:20 UTC (18:20 N.Y.). That is an evening, so it works, March 8, 2016 23:20 UTC.
      • Earliest realistic interpretation: As established above, March 15, 2017 23:20 UTC (18:20 N.Y.). That is an evening, so it works, March 15, 2017 23:20 UTC.
      • Latest realistic interpretation: Derrickson's comment's latest interpretation is whichever comes first, the end of winter or the end of possible snow days. The end of winter in March comes first before the end of the possible snow days in April. The end of winter 2015-16 is officially March 20, 2016 04:30 UTC, but commonly considered February 29, 2016 23:59.99999 N.Y., which is March 1, 2016 04:59.99999 UTC. So overall, it is about March 10, 2016 16:45 UTC (11:45 N.Y.). Kevin Feige specifically said, "And I think there's a presumption, "Well if the movie came out in November 2017, it must take place in November 2017" - which is not the case." This suggests that, despite real time fitting well with the film, we should simply evaluate the evidence we have to find the placement it purely gives, ignoring real time.

When the evidence is contradictory, we'd use value roughly 100 for crew statements (66.66667 for production such as visual effects and production designers, 100 for cast, 133.33333 for directors and producers), and 1000 for direct dialogue. However, when it's not contradictory, it's nice to consider the crew statements pretty much equally.

There are two pieces of contradictory evidence for the placement of Thor: Ragnarok - that Brad Winderbaum said it is set roughly at the same time as Captain America: Civil War and Spider-Man: Homecoming, and the blu-ray special features apparently place it simultaneous to Captain America: Civil War. However, Winderbaum explained clearly that he was not certain, and it was a general ballpark, plus he said that it is 2 years since Age of Ultron, which contradicts this with Civil War being one year after. And all other evidence places Ragnarok over a year after Civil War, so these are simply ignored. Considering all the rest of the evidence as non-contradictory, and evaluating it to find the most comfortable position for the main events of Thor: Ragnarok, currently.

This implication comes from the fact that when the mid-credits scene of Thor: Ragnarok begins, minutes before Avengers: Infinity War, Loki is asking Thor if he really thinks it is a good idea to go back to Earth - suggesting they only recently decided to head to Earth. However, it could be argued that they are simply discussing it again as they get closer to Earth. Thor's hair is almost identical in Avengers: Infinity War to how it was cut in Thor: Ragnarok, right down to the poorly cut strips on the side of his head, suggesting there has been little time for his hair to grow. However, it could be argued that with Asgardians ageing slower, or otherwise, Asgardian hair could grow slower than humans'. It is unclear how many resources are on-board the ship, and how well the Asgardians would be able to live on the ship, and for how long. We can use the average age of when men become fathers for the first time to approximate the ageing difference.
  • Faulnak is the older brother. If Dominic Rains were older than Samuel Roukin, we'd have to do some maths to consider both ages, because Faulnak would have to be a bit older than Samuel Roukin in human years, and Kasius would have to be a bit younger than Dominic Rains in human years.     • Lawson explains that their attackers want her and her work, saying she should never have brought Danvers along. Danvers expertly maneuvers the jet to avoid the attackers and manages to slip around them and get behind. However, as she lines up a shot, the attackers fire backwards and the jet begins to fail.[7][2]
    • As Danvers crash-lands, she does her best to lessen the impact. With the jet destroyed, she climbs out and checks on Lawson, who is bleeding blue blood.[7][2]
    • Lawson tells Danvers she has to destroy the jet before the attackers get to them. She admits that while their work strives to end wars, the wars are bigger than just Earth - she is really called Mar-Vell, and comes from a planet called Hala.[7][2]
    • Mar-Vell implores Danvers to remember the coordinates, saying she has to save "them" without her. As Danvers asks who, Mar-Vell goes to shoot the jet's engine, but is hit by a blaster in the chest.[7][2]
    • Danvers grabs a gun as a figure, Yon-Rogg, steps out from the dust clouds and asks where the energy core is. Trusting Mar-Vell, Danvers takes it upon herself to destroy the energy core by her side and shoots it.[7][2]
    • As the core blows, the energy it contained, which had come from the Tesseract, imbues itself in Danvers, leaving her unconscious and teeming with power.[7][2]
    • Minn-Erva arrives to help Yon-Rogg and fire, but he tells her not to. Going over to Danvers, he finds half of her broken dog tag, saying the latter half of her surname "vers", and sees the power coursing through her. He decides they will take her with them back to Hala.[7][2]

  • Yon-Rogg gives Carol Danvers a blood transfusion using his Kree blood. Knowing Danvers does not remember her past, the Kree put a Photon Inhibitor in her neck and decide to claim the device in her neck is a gift they have given her that in fact provides her with the powers, unique among Kree. They choose to train her for Starforce as "Vers", and utilize her powers in their war against the Skrulls.[7][2]

  • Beck tells Stark that misnaming his invention was a mistake and that his technology could change the world, and Stark fires him.[9][10]
    • I guess the best place to put this would be after Tony's conversation with the mother of the kid who died in Sokovia. There isn't really a perfect place, but it has to be the same day (at least it's implied to be), and a lot of the rest of it seems busy for that conversation to happen.

  • Parker charges an adult movie to the credit card paying for his and Hogan's hotel rooms. Looking at the bill and the price of the movie, Hogan figures out that it was an adult film, confusing Parker since the title is not listed.[9][10]
    • The 25th is a total guess, it could somewhat easily be the 24th at well, but I went with the 25th since it's the least accounted for day by any movie, which I thought was kind of weird given that this now the third movie (Black Widow Prelude being the fourth thing) to discuss the importance of this weekend. Peter, as Spider-Man, thanks everybody for having him. They go backstage and celebrate their success. Happy Hogan arrives and briefly flirts with May. He warns Peter that Nick Fury is going to call him, and Peter sends Fury to voicemail against Hogan's advice. Parker leaves to say hi to the crowd, and Fury calls Hogan, asking why Peter didn't answer.[9][10]
  • Peter Parker meets the crowd of paparazzi, who ask him about his plan as an Avenger and his new role as the new Iron Man. Parker panics and leaves, where he looks at a mural of Stark and avoids another phone call.[9][10]

27th

  • Getting ready to pack for his school trip, Peter Parker ignores a phone call from Nick Fury. He considers packing his Iron Spider Armor, but decides against it. May Parker throws a banana at him, which hits him in the face since Peter has been struggling with his Spider-Sense.[9][10]
  • Peter Parker, Ned Leeds, and their class board the plane to Europe, and Flash Thompson makes fun of Parker. Michelle Jones responds by telling the flight attendant that he is not allowed to drink, and she confiscates the drink he has. Parker notices Jones laughing with Brad Davis and asks Leeds to help him sit next to Jones.[9][10]
  • Leeds approaches Jones, who is sitting next to Betty Brant, and tells them that a woman wearing perfume sat next to Parker, who has an allergy, asking Brant to switch seats with Parker. Roger Harrington overhears this, and makes everybody change seats, so that Davis and Jones are next to each other, Leeds and Brant are next to each other, and Parker is sitting next to Harrington.
  • While Parker is forced to listen to Harrigton's stories about his wife pretending to have died, Leeds fails to connect with Brant, and Jones and Davis share a dual headphone adapter to watch a movie together.[9][10]
  • Quentin Beck covertly follows Parker on his school trip at JFK Airport, after his crew learned Stark had left him an inheritance that Beck wanted.[9][10]
  • A turbulence hits the flight, causing Leeds to grab Brant's hand, and the two start to connect and become boyfriend and girlfriend.[9][10]

  • Peter Parker and his class arrive in Venice, Italy, where Parker learns of Ned Leeds' new relationship with Betty Brant. He gets stopped by customs, and when the agent opens his suitcase, he finds that his aunt had packed his Spider-Man suit. The agent tells him he cannot bring bananas.[9][10]
  • Parker rejoins with his class, which takes a boat tour of Venice. They arrive at the Hotel DeMatteis, which is rundown and flooded. The class unpacks their books and prepare to meet at the Da Vinci Museum.[9][10]
  • Flash Thompson live streams to his followers, Flash Mob, and gets hit by a passer-by.[9][10]
  • Leeds and Brant get a picture of themselves painted.[9][10]
  • Roger Harrington tries to take a photograph of himself by resting a camera on a rail, and succeeds. However, he drops the camera into the water.[9][10]
  • Parker watches Davis take a picture of Jones surrounded by pigeons, and goes to get a necklace with a Black Dahlia made of glass. He meets up with Jones, who tells Parker about a new word she learned in Italian. She demonstrates on a vendor who confuses them for a couple.[9][10]
  • Battle in the Grand Canal: Jones and Parker watch as water collects and forms Hydro-Man, who attacks. Leeds and Brant, who were on a boat, are pushed to shore, and Parker wears a mask to cover his face and fights the monster. He is joined by Quentin Beck, who fights Hydro-Man while Parker protects civilians.[9][10]
  • Roger Harrington and Julius Dell arrive at the Da Vinci Museum, but find that it is closed, since Harrington didn't check the website.[9][10]
  • Battle in the Grand Canal: Beck and the Elemental continue to "fight," when a bell tower breaks, so Parker holds it up. The tower collapses as Beck "defeats" Hydro-Man and lands.   • Leeds asks Parker how he is going to deal with Hydro-Man, and Parker says that he won't, since Beck appears to have it covered. Talos, disguised as Nick Fury, shoots Leeds with a tranquilizer, and asks why Parker is avoiding his phone calls. "Fury" reveals that he Hydro-Man is connected to the Skirmish in Ixtenco, as well as a similar incident in Morocco involving Cyclone. Roger Harrington checks on Parker, and "Fury" tries to continue explaining, but they get interrupted by Brant and Dell.[9][10]
  • Having left the hotel, "Fury" gives Parker a pair of sunglasses left for him by Tony Stark. "Fury" and Parker arrives at Nick Fury's Hideout, where he is formally introduced to Beck, who tells Parker that he is from another Earth which was consumed by Elementals. "Fury" and Soren, disguised as Maria Hill, asks Parker to join the fight against the Elementals, but Parker refuses since he needs to stay with the class trip and keep his identity secret. "Fury" says he understands and has Dimitri Smerdyakov escort Parker to his hotel.[9][10]

  • Peter Parker realizes that his school's field had been redirected from Paris to Prague, so that Parker could help fight the Elementals. Roger Harrington introduces himself to the bus driver, Dimitri Smerdyakov, but Smerdyakov doesn't answer. They board the bus.[9][10]
  • Parker looks at the pair of glasses that Tony Stark gave him, and discovers that they control the E.D.I.T.H. system. He reads a note that comes with it, which says, "For the next Tony Stark, I trust you." E.D.I.T.H. shows Parker her abilities, and shows him what his various classmates are doing on their phones.[9][10]
  • The class takes a rest stop, and Smerdyakov tells Parker to meet with the Seamstress, who gives him a new stealth suit so that his identity can remain secret. The Seamstress has Parker take off his clothes to try the suit on, and Brad Davis accidentally walks in and takes a picture, thinking they were about to have sex. Davis tells Parker that he plans on showing Michelle Jones, so that he can date her instead of Parker.[9][10]
  • Parker uses E.D.I.T.H. and tells her that Davis is a target, so the AI initiates a drone strike against Davis. Flash Thompson steals the glasses and compliments him on them, and Parker accidentally knocks him out while getting them back. Parker tells E.D.I.T.H. to cancel the strike, but another student asks if Parker punched Thompson, so when E.D.I.T.H. asks for confirmation to cancel, Parker says "No," causing the strike to continue. Parker swerves the bus out of the way and destroys the drone. He then has E.D.I.T.H. delete the picture of Parker and the Seamstress. He watches as Davis looks for the photo and Thompson wakes up.[9][10]

30th

  • Peter Parker's class arrives at Carlo IV Hotel in Prague, Czech Republic, and is impressed. Roger Harrington announces that they will be going to the Carnival of Lights. Parker receives a call from Soren, disguised as Maria Hill, telling him to put on the earpiece that came with his new suit. Ned Leeds apologizes for being preoccupied with his relationship, and tells Parker that everyone is counting on him.[9][10]

  • Parker discusses the battle plan with Quentin Beck, "Hill," and Talos, disguised as Nick Fury. Parker expresses concern for his friends, and "Fury" yells at him about accidentally calling a drone strike on Brad Davis.[9][10]
  • Beck talks to Parker about how he is feeling, and Parker expresses disappointment about having to fight the Elementals instead of ask out Michelle Jones. Beck comforts him, and advises him to keep his friends in a safe place. Peter consults E.D.I.T.H. and asks for help keeping his friends inside.[9][10]
  • Harrington and Julius Dell tell the class that instead of the Carnival of Lights, they will be going to the opera. Parker signals to Leeds that it's important that they go to the opera, so he pretends to be interested.[9][10]
  • The class arrives at the opera house and prepares to sit. Jones and Parker briefly flirt, and Jones asks Parker to sit with him while "Fury" tries to get his attention. Parker agrees, but has to leave and asks Leeds to give an excuse to Jones about why he can't be there. Leeds reminds Parker to steer the Elemental away from the opera house, and Brad Davis gives Parker the finger as he sits next to Jones. Jones watches Parker leave and follows him, and Betty Brant and Leeds follow her.[9][10]

  • Parker, wearing his new suit, stakes out the carnival. Brant and Leeds walk through the carnival, and Leeds says that he doesn't do well in large crowds, so Brant takes him onto the Ferris wheel. Jones walks through the carnival and watches as Molten Man starts to form.[9][10]
  • Attack on the Prague Carnival:
    • Molten Man finishes forming and attacks the carnival. Parker calls for Beck, an illusion of whom shows up and "fights" Molten Man.[9][10]
    • Brant sees Parker in the new suit, and asks Leeds if it is Spider-Man. Leeds says no, and refers to him as the European version, Night Monkey.[9][10]
    • As the Elemental grows, Parker notices Brant and Leeds calling for help. This causes Beck and Parker to move on to a new plan, which involves throwing rocks at Molten Man and uses Beck's "energy blasts."[9][10]
    • While "Fury" and "Hill" drive towards the fight, Beck continues to "fight" the monster while Parker tries to rescue Leeds and Brant, but his web hits a projector causing it to launch backwards, near Jones, who picks it up.[9][10]
    • "Fury" and "Hill" arrive as Beck pretends to sacrifice himself to destroy Molten Man, and Parker is relieved to learn that he had survived. [9][10]
  • Brant turns to Leeds and says that she would kiss him if she hadn't thrown up in her mouth, and Leeds looks for a mint.[9][10]
  • "Fury" asks Beck to join his crew at Interpol headquarters. Beck agrees, and "Fury" extends the same offer to Parker and gives him time to think about. Beck offers Parker to get a drink.[9][10]

  • At a local bar, Beck and Parker celebrate. Parker talks about everybody's expectations, and that he wants to go back on his trip and be a normal kid. Parker shows Beck the E.D.I.T.H. glasses, and then gives them to Beck to try on, when he notices a resemblance to Tony Stark while wearing them. Thinking that Beck would be better at being the next Iron Man than him, Parker enables Beck to use E.D.I.T.H. Once he leaves, Beck turns off the illusion in the bar and celebrates with his crew of former Stark Industries employees for having succeeded in their plan, while planning an even bigger Elemental attack to cement Mysterio as the newest superhero in the public eye.[9][10]
  • With the class preparing to go home the next day, Parker and Jones sneak out of the hotel talk on a bridge. Jones reveals that she had found out that Parker is Spider-Man, and had discovered a strange device in the battle site, that once accidentally activated turns out to be a projector used by Beck. Parker realizes that Beck orchestrated the attacks, and tells Jones that he is in fact Spider-Man. They rush to the hotel together.[9][10]
  • Beck rehearses the next Elemental attack with his crew. He decides to increase the amount of damage, and Gutes Guterman points out the number of casualties it will cause, and Beck responds by saying it will result in increased coverage. An illusion glitches, and William Ginter Riva tells Beck that one of his projectors is missing. Beck uses E.D.I.T.H. to find out that Jones and Parker have it and yells at Riva, saying that it's his fault Beck has to kill Parker.
  • Parker catches Jones up about his activities in Europe and changes into his Spider-Man suit, when Ned Leeds walks in and learns that Jones knows his identity. Parker tells Leeds about Beck's villainy, and tells Leeds to have his aunt tell Roger Harrington that Parker will be staying in Europe with his family. Jones gives him the projector, and he Parker leaves for Berlin to tell "Fury" about Beck.

July

1st

  • Parker arrives in Berlin and is picked up by an illusion Nick Fury, who tells Parker that he has a lot of explaining to do. He has Parker put his seatbelt on, but Parker breaks the seatbelt.[9][10]
  • Ambush in Berlin:
    • "Fury" and Parker enter an illusion of Interpol headquarters, where Parker tells "Fury" that he knows about Quentin Beck's villainy. However, the illusion disappears and the illusion of Fury gets shot by a drone.
    • Parker gets forced into various illusions in which he is mocked about his origins in Queens and his feelings for Michelle Jones, and gets thrown out of a window.[9][10]
    • The illusions return and Beck continues to mock Parker, who gets attacked by various copies of himself, then Beck, then an Iron Man armor while Beck mocks him about Tony Stark's death. He gets interrupted, when an illusion of Fury shoots an illusion of Beck in the back, seemingly killing him and ending the illusions.[9][10]
    • "Fury" tells Parker that Beck's men are after anybody who could expose them, and demands to know who Parker told. Parker tells "Fury" about Jones, Ned Leeds, and Betty Brant, and "Fury" reveals himself to be an illusion. Beck then creates illusions that send Parker backwards onto a set of train tracks, where Parker gets hit.[9][10]
  • Beck has E.D.I.T.H. access the files for Parker's class trip, and has them make sure they fly out of London.[9][10]
  • Parker, barely having survived, enters the train that ran him over and passes out in a seat in an empty car in the train and starts to heal.[9][10]

2nd

  • Peter Parker wakes up in a Dutch prison, where the prisoners greet him and welcome him to the Netherlands. He breaks the lock and finds that the guard had stolen his stealth suit. The guard asks the other prisoners if everything is ok, and the others say yes and close the door to their cell.[9][10]
  • Parker borrows a cell phone and calls Happy Hogan, asking to be picked up in the Dutch town, Broek op Langedijk.[9][10]
  • Hogan arrives in a field of flowers, where Parker demands to be told something only Hogan would know, so Hogan tells Parker about when they were in Germany together and Parker paid for an adult movie.[9][10]
  • While Hogan gives Parker first aid, Parker tells Hogan everything that had happened in Europe. Parker panics and yells at Hogan, and the two talk about how the miss Tony Stark. Hogan tells Parker that Stark was a mess and second guessed everything he did except picking Parker. Inspired, Parker begins to make a plan to defeat Quentin Beck. Parker uses Flash Thompson's livestream to figure out where his classmates, and consequently Beck, are and begins making himself a new suit, while Hogan puts on music.[9][10]

  • Parker's high school class arrives in London and prepares for a tour, and Brad Davis asks the class to consider Parker's recent absences and the incident he photographed involving Parker and the Seamstress. Michelle Jones distracts the class from listening to Davis by asking why he took a picture of Parker while he was undressed, and Roger Harrington decides to ignore the situation and move on. Juliues Dell, trying to be the cool teacher, tells Davis not to take pictures in the bathroom, while the class boards a bus driven by Gutes Guterman.[9][10]
  • Battle of London:
    • Beck has an illusion of himself look throughout London for the Elemental, and tells "Fury" that he didn't see it. "Fury" orders Beck to continue looking, referring to Beck as their only hope.[9][10]
    • Beck has William Ginter Riva send E.D.I.T.H.'s drones to London, Janice Lincoln continue working on his cape, and Victoria Snow increase the energy to trick "Fury" and "Hill's" satellites. He then has E.D.I.T.H. prepare a strike on "Fury," "Hill," Ned Leeds, Betty Brant, and Jones.[9][10]
    • As the Elemental Fusion starts to form, Guterman delivers the class to the kill zone for Leeds, Brant, and Jones' death, and then leaves the bus.[9][10]
    • Hogan video calls "Fury" and tells him about a surfboard which he thought belonged to Fury, including the phrase "Appearances can be deceiving," meant as a code to warn "Fury" about Beck.[9][10]
    • Hogan tells Parker that Fury received the message, and that the class is at the Tower Bridge according to Thompson, who referred to it as the "London Bridge." Parker gives Hogan a necklace he plans on giving to Jones in case he doesn't survive, but Hogan assures Parker that he will.[9][10]

    • The Elemental Fusion fully forms as Harrington notices Guterman's disappearance and the kids flee the bus while Riva introduces lightning. The class runs while Thompson livestreams, and they observe the fusion's combined nature. Beck's illusion starts fighting the Fusion, and Jones and Leeds realizes that they are in danger, so they flee, and Thompson and Brant follow them.[9][10]

    • Beck feigns concern for "Fury," who refuses to get somewhere safe. Following Guterman's advice, Beck tells "Fury" that the Elementals appear to have combined and are drawing power from the Earth's core, causing "Fury" to become suspicious.[9][10]
    • Parker drops into the illusion and starts breaking drones using his webs.[9][10]
    • Having noticed Parker, "Fury" tells "Hill" to be ready for anything, so "Hill" goes to the roof and prepares a missile launcher.[9][10]
    • Parker successfully destroys the illusion and attacks Beck. A drone that was about to attack "Fury" uses its cloaking, and "Hill" destroys it with the missile. Before Parker can reach Beck, E.D.I.T.H. sends a drone after him, pushing him to the ground.[9][10]
    • Hogan finds Jones, Leeds, Brant, and Thompson, and plans on taking them safely to the jet, which Beck blows up. Instead, they start running and make it into the Crown Jewels Vault, where they are followed by a drone. Brant and Jones work together to temporarily disable the drone, but it recuperates as they all hide in the vault. The drone starts cutting into the vault.[9][10]

    • Parker continues fighting the drones and gets pushes into the water. He returns to land makes a weapon using a disabled drone and a shield using the Tower Bridge sign.[9][10]
    • As more drones attack Jones, Leeds, Brant, Thompson, and Hogan, they start to confess their personality flaws to each other. When Hogan says that he is in love with Spider-Man's aunt, it becomes awkward.[9][10]
    • Parker confronts Beck, who knocks him back several feet. Parker demands the E.D.I.T.H. glasses, and Beck uses his drones to create a fully black atmosphere where they can fire at him with him seeing. However, Parker uses his Spider-Sense to defeat the drones and shoots Beck with one of his own drones. Beck hands Parker the glasses, but Parker realizes it's an illusion, and stops the real Beck from shooting him. He takes the glasses back and cancels the drone strike. Beck dies, and Parker confirms that it is not an illusion.[9][10]
    • Riva downloads a doctored video of the events and prepares to broadcast them.[9][10]
    • Hogan, Jones, Leeds, Thompson, and Brant leave the vault and Jones rushes to meet Parker.
  • Jones and Parker reunite, and Jones shows Parker the broken necklace. While Parker tries to explain, Jones kisses him, and they confesses their feelings for each other. They kiss again, and awkwardly leave each other.[9][10]
  • Hogan, on the phones with May Parker, tells her about the battle. "Fury" and "Hill" approach Hogan, demanding to speak with Parker. Hogan says that he will call Fury, and "Fury" threatens Hogan.[9][10]

3rd

  • Peter Parker's class returns home from their trip, and Parker and Michelle Jones part ways. Parker learns that Ned Leeds and Betty Brant had split up, while Flash Thompson gets picked up by his butler, since his mother couldn't make it. [9][10]
    • It's a seven hour flight from London to New York, yet it is daytime after the Battle of London and when the class arrives in New York, so this should be taken to mean the next day. Taking to account time zones, it's probably the next night
  • Parker gets picked up by May Parker, who expresses excitement that he is safe. They drive home together.[9][10]

4th

  • Talos and Soren discuss telling Nick Fury about Quentin Beck's betrayal, and Talos finally gives in and calls Fury, telling him about the problems and asking Fury to return to Earth from the Skrull ship he was on.[12][10]
    • The date said 5th but the reference said 4th. I went with the fourth here
  • After receiving Talos' message, Nick Fury gets up from his augmented reality beach vacation and says that they have some work to do, looking out at the Skrull crew manning the ship.[12][10]

10th

  • Peter Parker talks to May Parker and Happy Hogan, asking if the two are dating. May says no, but Happy says yes, and the two discuss, confusing Peter, who leaves for his date with Michelle Jones.
  • Parker takes Michelle Jones for a web swing as she wanted to see how it felt. She becomes scared mid-swing, and Peter puts her down by Madison Square Garden, where she says she never wants to experience it again.[13][10]
  • A news report airs, broadcasting doctored footage alleging that Spider-Man killed Beck, accusing him of Beck's crimes. J. Jonah Jameson uses the opportunity to report on Spider-Man's criminal activity, and then plays the second part of the video, in which Mysterio tells everybody that Peter Parker is Spider-Man.[13][10]

Azari Akbar herself was 6.7 years old during filming, suggesting Rambeau is slightly closer to 5.99 than 5.0. Working forwards from December 1989, her appearances would then be around mid-1989. They cannot be later than June 21, 1989, with Danvers disappearing on June 22, 1989 (see 1980s references) and the appearances set before then.
    Two photos are shown of Azari Akbar's 5-year-old Monica Rambeau in the film: one from a Halloween, and one from a Christmas, both before Danvers' disappearance. So, the closest Halloween and Christmas to the ideal mid-1989 placement for Azari Akbar's appearances, while still being pre-June 22, 1989, are Halloween 1988 and Christmas 1988.
    With these then firmly placed, working back from Rambeau being roughly a little over 5.5, this would then suggest Rambeau was born around April 1983. Combined with the aforementioned evidence for around December 1983, taking a weighted calculation, Rambeau's date of birth can then overall be approximated to September 1983.   5. In Captain Marvel, a photo is shown of Carol Danvers with a drink after she "graduated". While this could be taken as graduating high school, Danvers looks to be at least in her 20s, and seems to have an alcoholic drink, which would make her at least 21 since she is in California. It can therefore be taken as graduating college, and since this is likely spring, at least 1986 (with Danvers' date of birth approximated to August 1964, see 1960s references). Using 1986, since this is already 4 years after finishing high school - plausible for finishing college, but any later years become decreasingly plausible. So, approximately May 1986.

They then go back to Danvers as a child, but have gone too far back, so go forward and see her doing rope training, presumably some time before the test flight because it is at the training stage, but also because they are trying to narrow down to the right memory. This memory then continues into one with Danvers being belittled in Pancho's Bar and, seemingly the same day (Danvers is in the same T-shirt), her playing pool with Rambeau. This continues into another memory of Pancho's Bar, karaoke. Following this, there is a memory of Danvers as a child watching the stars, then her with the Rambeaus watching the stars. There is no reason the Skrulls would have gone further back than the go karting to see an ever younger Danvers, knowing this to be too far back, so her as a child can be taken as a memory within Danvers' memory of watching the stars with Monica Rambeau, something she recalled as she did it, in which case the stars follows on from the karaoke and is still before the test flight with Maria Rambeau. Norex then finds the moment of Danvers with "Lawson". Since they are narrowing down where the memory is, it should presumably still be between the stars and the test flight.
    So, the chronology is the rope scene, then the man and pool at Pancho's, then karaoke at Pancho's, then watching the stars, then Lawson, then the test flight. And we know that, after all of this, was Danvers' crash with Lawson/Mar-Vell and her being abducted by Starforce.
    The abduction is said through the film, mostly on June 12, 1995 (see other references), and through external sources, to be both "6 years ago" and in "1989". So, it can be taken to be somewhere between exactly 6 years prior - June 12, 1989 - and the approximation for "1989" of the exact middle of 1989 - July 2, 1989 - making the crash and abduction roughly June 22, 1989.
    With the watching the stars dated to April 25, 1989 (see other references) and the abduction dated to June 22, 1989, Lawson and the test flight can be approximated as ⅓ and ⅔ between the two, so May 14, 1989 and June 3, 1989 respectively.
    So, with Danvers flying the planes by May 14, 1989, the rope training scene can be approximated to be 6 months or so prior - roughly November 14, 1988. This then means that the man and pool at Pancho's and karaoke at Pancho's can be approximated as ⅓ and ⅔ between November 14, 1988 and April 25, 1989, so January 7, 1989 and March 2, 1989 respectively.
  8. In Captain Marvel, Nick Fury says on June 12, 1995 (see 1990s references) that he has "been riding a desk for the past 6 years". This could specifically refer to 6 years prior, roughly June 12, 1989, or more generally "1995 - 6 = 1989", so approximated with mid-1989, July 2, 1989. Putting more weight on specifically 6 years rather than just general, a weighted average gives him starting the job as approximately June 19, 1989.

    In June 2019, which has the same days of the week as June 2024, New York high schools finished on June 26th (1, 2, 3), so the most likely date for the last day of school in the 2023-2024 academic year is June 26, 2024. This scene is preceded by Mysterio arriving in Ixtenco, Mexico. Peter's To-Do List reveals that it is the day after the end of term that Peter Parker and his classmates go on summer vacation (on the last day of term, Ned Leeds asks Peter Parker what he will do with his "last day in New York"), beginning in Venice.
    In the first trailer and in an official social media post, Peter Parker's passport is shown to be issued on "JUL 19" and "19 JULY" respectively, and on the first poster and background art, the passport stamps for Berlin and London are both for "24 JUL". However, by the end of school dates, the trip would be June 27th-July 3rd. Since the passport scene is not in the film and the passport stamps on the poster/background art are already erroneous, saying the year is "19" when it is 2024, these can be discarded in favor of what the film says. This makes Venice June 28th, Prague June 30th, Berlin July 1st, and London July 2nd.
