The United States Armed Forces are the military forces of the United States of America. They consist of the United States Air Force and the United States Army.

Bastogne[]
Conducting military missions in Bastogne, Belgium during World War II, Daniel Sousa was hit by a projectile causing him to take shrapnel in his right leg. Sousa was lated discharged from the Army and joined the Strategic Scientific Reserve.[1]
Area 51[]
Developing a secret base in Nevada, the United States Air Force established Area 51, which also became a base shared with S.H.I.E.L.D.. The station was headed up by Daniel Sousa, a former soldier in the United States Army, and guarded by the United States Air Force.[1]
