The Unisphere is a spherical stainless steel representation of Earth situated at the Stark Expo in Queens, New York City.
History[]
Stark Expo 1943[]
Steve Rogers and Bucky Barnes decided to attend the 1943 Stark Expo as it was Barnes' last night before his deployment. Rogers and Barnes passed by the Unisphere on their way to meet their dates.[1]

Battle at Stark Expo[]
During the Battle at Stark Expo, a group of Hammer Drones, led by James Rhodes in a suit hacked by Ivan Vanko, continued to follow Tony Stark in an attempt to kill him. Finding out a way to destroy the drones, Stark flew inside the Unisphere and outmaneuvered the drones as they crashed into each other. Luckily, Rhodes was able to escape the explosion.
After Vanko armed the drones to explode, Stark, Rhodes, and Pepper Potts, with the help of Stark, escaped the Expo. The explosion near the Unisphere, caused by the drones, would cause more damage to the structure.[2]
Trip to Berlin[]
As Happy Hogan was driving Peter Parker to the airport so they could fly to Berlin, he drove past the Stark Expo's Unisphere while Parker recorded them passing by on his cellphone, narrating about his trip.[3]
Trivia[]
- In real life, the Unisphere located in the Flushing Meadows, Queens borough of New York City was designed for the 1964 New York World's Fair. However, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the Unisphere has already been built and demonstrated during the 1943 Stark Expo.
