Tri-Boro Charities Van is the vehicle of the charity company Tri-Boro Charities.
Alisa Jones needed to get back to New York City, so she hopped in the back of the van. Making his usual deliveries, the worker used the van to go to a building. He stepped out and made his way in before hearing a noise. He turned around to find Jones breaking out of the van and attacking him.[1]
