Transhumanists' Club was a club in Romania where Holden Radcliffe often stayed.
History[]
Jemma Simmons and Leo Fitz arrived at the club to find Holden Radcliffe. Fitz put on Backscatter Glasses that allowed Alphonso Mackenzie to see everything from a different room. Mackenzie turned on thermal vision and saw that everyone was enhanced. As the party went on, they noticed men kept looking at their briefcase. They decided to ask to meet with Radcliffe to show him human enhancement technology. Fitz-Simmons sat and waited for Radcliffe's meeting. Fitz faked not being able to hear Mackenzie as an excuse to turn off his microphone. He and Simmons then talked about their relationship.
After a while, Anon came in and brought them to a man who needed an operation. She explained that they need to show that the eye works before meeting with Radcliffe. Simmons prepared to replace the man's eye with theirs when she stuck the needle in his eyeball. Simmons purposely missed the edge of the eyeball and stuck it right into the man's pupil. The man stood up, revealing himself as Radcliffe and explained it was a prosthetic eyeball. Simmons explained that she saw the eye had ciliary muscles in their vascular layer, which mammals don't have.

Radcliffe examined the Backscatter X-Ray Eye Implant, but pointed out that Cybertek had similar technology and they were Hydra. He then realized Fitz was on comms, so Anon turned on an EMP and destroyed the glasses. Security then took them away. However, Fitz escaped and asked Radcliffe to hear him out. He was explaining the situation when Daisy Johnson arrived. She took Radcliffe and quaked Fitz into a wall. She then used her powers to choke Fitz and explained that he should not follow her, or she will kill him. Johnson also told him that he saw the future, someone in S.H.I.E.L.D. is going to die. Meanwhile, Simmons encountered Hive, who used his memories of Will Daniels to get to her. However, she overcame the manipulating and shot Hive before getting away.
In the bar area, JT James caused a ruckus with his new fire powers. Mackenzie arrived with a gun. James talked about possible superhero names before throwing a glass at Mackenzie. Mack threw a wine bottle back, causing as explosion when the two collided. Mackenize then ran away.[1]
