Tommy O'Neal was one of the Ray of Hope group home inhabitants who was abused by Arthur Walsh.
Biography
Without parents, Tommy O'Neal lived in the Ray of Hope group home where he befriended with Billy Russo. O'Neal, as well as several other children, was abused by Arthur Walsh. O'Neal then testified against Walsh and because of that, Walsh was arrested and incarcerated in the Sing Sing for ten years.[1]
