Tommy Johnson was one of several officers of the Strategic Operations Command Center assigned by General Thaddeus Ross to pursue Bruce Banner at Grayburn College. As fellow solider Emil Blonsky entered the helicopter transporting them, Johnson asked Blonsky how he was feeling following the Battle at Culver University, to which Blonsky responded that he felt "like a monster."[2]
