Todd Davis was a Westview citizen and the husband of Sharon Davis. Following the Westview Anomaly, he became Arthur Hart, the Director of Computational Services Inc., and served as Vision's boss.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Todd Davis married Sharon Davis, and they both lived together in Westview, New Jersey. In November 2023, Davis became trapped and enthralled by Wanda Maximoff in the Hex, assuming the role of "Arthur Hart."[4]
Employee Dinner[]

Mr. Hart visits the Vision Residence
Due to Vision being a new employee at Computational Services Inc., they planned a dinner for "Mr. Hart" and his wife, Mrs. Hart, at the Vision Residence. During the dinner night, "Hart" noticed the dim lights when they walked in. Then, Wanda Maximoff sneaked from behind, wearing a night gown. However, she was then shocked to find out the actual meaning of that night. As Maximoff was then forced to cook an actual meal for the four of them, Vision stayed with the "Harts" to entertain them. However, the couple soon grew bored and hungry, and "Hart" became very skeptical of Vision, even threatening him about his spot in the company. However, then Maximoff improvised and made breakfast for dinner, finally giving them a meal.
As they all sat down and began to eat, Mrs. Hart asked Maximoff and Vision a bunch of questions about their past, which they were not able to answer. Disappointed by this, "Hart" became angry and smacked the table at Maximoff and Vision's inability to answer what were simple questions to him. However, "Hart" suddenly started choking and fell to the ground, to which Mrs. Hart began repeatedly told him to stop. After Maximoff and Vision watched helplessly, Vision used his powers to phase through "Hart's" neck to take out the food, freeing him from choking. Immediately after this, "Hart" and his wife started to leave the house, as though nothing had happened. Right before leaving, "Hart" promised to talk with Vision about a promotion on Monday morning.[1]

Davis became freed from Wanda Maximoff's control as she lowered the spell's effect on the town.[5]
Death[]
Davis had passed away by late 2026, leaving Sharon Davis a widow.[3]

During the Westview Anomaly, Davis was a man who was difficult to be pleased and expected the best from his employees. He grew suspicious of Wanda Maximoff due to the Sokovian heritage, but was grateful to Vision after he saved him from choking and promised him to talk about his promotion at Computational Services Inc..
