Todd Chesterfield is the former owner of the construction equipment which was acquired by Ian Quinn in order to abduct Franklin Hall.

When Ian Quinn was planning to kidnap Franklin Hall while on a route through Sterling, Colorado, he made contact with Todd Chesterfield to acquire construction equipment to break Hall out of S.H.I.E.L.D. custody. Quinn paid Chesterfield with gold bars from one of his mines in Tanzania, cheating him as the bars were not 100% pure.
Chesterfield went into hiding in Barnroof Point after the kidnapping, but Phil Coulson was able to locate him. Coulson asked Chesterfield who paid him for his equipment, however, he refused to answer, pulling his shotgun. Chesterfield was quickly neutralized by Grant Ward who impounded the gold bars, and they were used to trace their origin to a mine owned by Quinn Worldwide.[1]
