Tina Minoru was the mother of Nico Minoru and helped the Runaways defeat Morgan le Fay.

Biography[]

Quarrels with le Fay[]

Betraying le Fay[]

Being a young sorceress, Minoru followed Morgan le Fay, whom she looked up to despite her being stuck in the Dark Dimension. le Fay manipulated Minoru into trying to get the Staff of One. However, once Minoru realized le Fay was tricking her, Minoru took the staff for herself and hid it, forcing le Fay to stay stuck in the Dark Dimension.^[2]

Stopping le Fay[]

While preparing magic-infused salt that could stop Morgan le Fay once again, Minoru was approached by Nico Minoru as le Fay's dark army started coming through mirrors. Minoru talked to Nico and told her about her past with le Fay and how she could not get the Staff of One. Nico promised to keep it safe. While Nico left to stop le Fay, Minoru did her part by using a spell and stopping the dark army from coming through.

Many minutes later, Minoru was still at it when Gert Yorkes walked in, making sure that she could defeat le Fay if she put the salt in a circle around her. Minoru nodded as she could not do anything else so she could concentrate on the spell. Knowing Yorkes had completed the circle, Minoru broke the spell and walked outside, using the WizGlass to have a picture of the Darkhold and recite a spell to send le Fay back to the Dark Dimension. Although le Fay was defeated, Minoru helped Nico up and saw that Yorkes had died during her mission.^[2]

Legacy[]

Years later, Minoru was killed when Chase Stein prevented Yorkes's death using time travel, erasing Minoru's reality from existence.^[1]

Powers[]

Magic: Minoru was a very good sorcerer who cast many spells to help the Runaways.
- Spell Casting: During the Battle at the Hostel, Minoru cast various spells. She cast a spell on salt that would be able to create a border around Morgan le Fay once porued in a circle. She also cast a spell to keep the dark army in the Dark Dimension as well as one that sent le Fay back to the Dark Dimension.
