The Time Collar is a device used by the Time Variance Authority that allows them to control Variants using a Time Twister.

Hunter B-15 placed a Time Collar on a Variant Loki while detaining him in the Gobi Desert in an alternate 2012. Other hunters also used Time Collars on the Variants they apprehended, such as Martin and a Skrull. As Loki tried to run from B-15, B-15 used a Time Twister to pull him back through time to his former position.
Mobius M. Mobius used his Time Twister with Loki's Time Collar while interrogating the Variant. Loki managed to steal Mobius' Time Twister and later used it to unlock his Time Collar and put it on Hunter B-15.[1]
Loki was allowed to operate without a Time Collar for a short time, until after he escaped to Lamentis-1 with Sylvie Laufeydottir. Once the two Loki Variants were detained, Time Collars were placed on both of them. After learning the truth about the Time Variance Authority, Hunter B-15 released both of the Loki Variants' collars, allowing them to attack the Time-Keepers and Ravonna Renslayer.[2]

A Time Collar was placed on Hunter X-05 after he was subdued by Loki and Mobius M. Mobius, and brought back to the Time Variance Authority Office. They continued to leave the collar on X-05 as he led them to Sylvie Laufeydottir at McDonald's in a branched timeline.[3]
Time Collars were used on Dox and her followers after Loki and Mobius arrested them and imprisoned them with X-05. When Ravonna Renslayer and Miss Minutes arrived to recruit Dox and her followers, Dox refused, resulting in her and her followers, aside from X-05, to be crushed using the Gizmo, along with their Time Collars. X-05 was relieved of his collar as he left with Renslayer and Miss Minutes.[4]
Capabilities[]
Upon making contact with a target, the Time Collar automatically adjusts to the circumference of the target's throat and locks on itself. Hunters are able to use a Time Twister in conjunction with a Time Collar, allowing them to pull their prisoners a few seconds backwards in time. The Time Collar can also be unlocked with the Time Twister.
