A Time Cell is a device used to trap people in a time loop of some point of their lives.

Mobius M. Mobius put Loki into a Time Cell upon Loki's return to the Time Variance Authority. In the Time Cell, Loki revisited a moment in his past when he cut Sif's hair, and was slapped by a reconstruction of Sif a few times. Loki stopped Sif, confessing that he was a narcissist and cut her hair only for attention, causing the reconstruction of Sif to stop. Mobius came into the Time Cell and told Loki to come out. However, Loki was shortly put back inside the Cell. Mobius returned again, telling Loki that he was correct about the TVA, and together they left.[1]
Capabilities[]
The Time Cell causes a person to experience a past event repeatedly on a time loop. When Loki was in the Cell, Sif repeatedly said the same words and committed the same actions.
