History[]
Vers modified a payphone at The Slow Club to communicate with Yon-Rogg when she crash-landed on Earth. She managed to make a short transmission, but was prevented from trying again as she was approached by Nick Fury.[1]
Behind the Scenes[]
- In the director's commentary for Captain Marvel, it is revealed that The Slow Club is a reference to something known to the two co-directors, Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, which they tease the explanation to, but don't get around to.[2]
