Blonsky Briefed on Bruce — Ross briefs Emil Blonsky about Bruce Banner

Thaddeus Ross learned about an experiment conducted by Bruce Banner which made him stronger. Wanting to understand the secrets of the experiment, Ross organized the Strategic Operations Command Center to hunt Banner down. He briefed the team, including Emil Blonsky, on Banner while they flew to his location in Brazil. The team failed to capture Banner as they saw Hulk instead, and Blonsky reported back to Ross to ask what he was. Ross brought Blonsky to the United States to receive the Super Soldier Serum to make him as strong as Hulk.^[2]

Master Tactician: As a general in the United States Army, Ross learned strategy and was able to track Bruce Banner to Brazil, determining strategies that would allow soldiers to capture Banner.
