The agent meets with Ivan Vanko
This man was an agent of the terrorist organization known as the Ten Rings, led by the Mandarin. In 2010, the agent went to Russia to give Ivan Vanko the forged ID and travel documents to Monaco, so he could attack Tony Stark during the Circuit de Monaco on Monte Carlo.[1]
