Captain Taylor is a United States Air Force captain who encountered an unidentified bogey.

When an unidetified bogey showed up on the radar, Taylor attempted to gather information and reported it back to Julius Allen and James Rhodes. He repported on the vehicles that they had in the area and also yelled to scramble the jets. Later on, the same object apeared once again. Taylor yelled to get Allen once again, but Rhodes stopped him, saying it was just a training exercise.[1]
