Tanya Mills was an employee of the FDIC, who was scheduled to meet with Karen Page to talk about Red Lion National Bank. Instead of waiting for the meeting, Page tracked her down at home to talk about it. She repeatedly told Page to get out of her home and also worried about Page found her location. She threatened to tell Mitchell Ellison, but Page assured her she will go when she got a name of someone involved. Mills finally told her about Felix Manning.[2]
