Tank Top City was a clothing store that was located in Lil' Odessa, Texas.
Tank Top City used to be one of the many prosperous stores in Lil' Odessa that was frequently visited by travellers to the town. However, people eventually stopped traveling to Lil' Odessa in numbers large enough to keep many of the businesses open, resulting in the Tank Top City storefront being empty and covered with graffiti by the time of the Decimation.[1]
