This article lists Howard Stark as the creator of the third version. But I think his version would've been the fourth, since the one that enhanced Isaiah Bradley would've been the third one. I'm not sure who created that. - Endgame091834 (talk) 01:19, 10 May 2021 (UTC)
Dr. Reinstein/Weapon Plus[]

Why not put that the Super Soldier Serum injected into Emil Blonsky was developed by Abraham Erskine (codenamed Dr. Reinstein) for Weapon Plus? This information is present in The Incredible Hulk and has not been retconned as it is mentioned again in The Wakanda Files: A Technological Exploration of the Avengers and Beyond. Every time I try to edit this, someone reverses it.
This information is important, since:
1) It is the first and only mention of the Weapon Plus in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
2) It is the first and only mention of the codename Dr. Reinstein in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
3) It was the first indication that not all of Abraham Erskine's creation was lost in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, even before the discovery of Steve Rogers' body in suspended animation in the 21st century.
4) This serum can be either an unstable version like the one used by Red Skull, or a synthesized version made from the blood of Steve Rogers taken by the US government in 1943. Although the first option brings the origin of Abomination and Red Skull - two military men in search of individual and evil power willing to risk their bodies with an imperfect version of the serum - closer together, the second option is also likely as the serum contains Vita Radiation in it and it's also the version most likely to be stored in a military-owned container created by Stark Industries. The two options would be the creation - direct and indirect, respectively - of Dr. Reinstein and the famous phrase about the effects of serum ("The serum amplifies everything that is inside, so good becomes great, bad becomes worse.") would apply to both. —Preceding unsigned comment added by JayBatista97 (message wall • contribs)
- Ross says "we" (the Army) developed the serum used on Blonsky. Yes, the container in it said Reinstein, but he says it's a variant they made. Also, you adding "Erskine (under the code name Reinstein)" is gonna get removed because we don't write like that when making contributions. Erskine's contributions to the serum are already under the WW2 section, no need to to add to the part specifically about Blonsky receiving the serum. It's possible it was made from Steve's blood, but that's unconfirmed. MJLogan95 (talk) 20:33, 24 September 2021 (UTC)
