I'm not sure that the name "Chitauri Communication Device" is really adapted.
It's true that Fischer tells Hale that they found a "transceiver" in a Chitauri spacecraft. But as we later discover, the device is actually used by the whole Confederacy and they use it to transport either themselves or spaceship.
I'm doubtful whether we can consider that the device was created by the Chitauri.
A name like "Confederacy Teleportation Device" sounds more adapted to me. But I'm willing to discuss it.--TraceFinder (talk) 08:30, May 16, 2018 (UTC)
To further the talk, as I rewatched the episodes to complete the article.
In Rise and Shine, Fischer tells that HYDRA found a "transceiver" in the Chitauri ship and that they used it to contact ("reach out") the Confederacy.
Later, when Hale shows the teleportation device to Talbot, she says: "They gave us this to travel to the stars and meet with them. Face to face.". Which would mean that what was found by HYDRA in the Chitauri ship was not the teleportation device, but a simple communication device we actually never saw on-screen. And that the teleportation device was acquired by HYDRA later.
Therefore, I confirm my proposal of Confederacy Teleportation Device to rename the article. I'll put the template on the article, I'll hope that people will come and discuss the matter here.--TraceFinder (talk) 17:44, May 18, 2018 (UTC)
